Just before 10pm on Friday, January 6, 2023, Baltimore County westside fire units were dispatched to Fire Box 33-4 for a reported house fire. Baltimore County Fire Department Engine 3 from the Woodlawn career station arrived and reported a 2-story single family house that was fully involved. Engine 3's crew used the deck gun to knock down some fire, additional arriving firefighters laid multiple handlines and attacked the fire with exterior operations from sides Alpha, Bravo and Charlie, as well as with a ladder pipe from BCoFD Truck 13. Challenges on the fireground included difficult access, a collapse on side Alpha and low water pressure.
