Around 10:40 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2008, units on Baltimore County's westside were alerted for a reported dwelling fire in the area of Winands Rd & Tulsmere Rd (Fire Box 46-2). Engine 461 (Liberty Road Volunteers) arrived to find heavy fire & smoke showing from a vacant dwelling off the road and Captain Robby Kemp assumed command. Firefighters stretched multiple hose lines and used a Blitz line and deck gun on Engine 461 during exterior operations. BCoFD Fire Investigation Division was called to the scene to investigate the cause.
