Just after 6pm on Saturday March 17, 2018, units on Baltimore County's westside were alerted for Rescue Box 2-13, reporting a traffic crash with entrapment on Reisterstown Road in the area of Old Court Road. First-arriving Engine 2 (Pikesville career) confirmed a 2-vehicle MVC in the middle of Reisterstown Rd in front of the Seasons supermarket with the driver of a Chevy sedan pinned. Upon the arrival of Pikesville Volunteer Fire Company Squad 322, firefighters from the engine and rescue squad worked together using the "Jaws of Life" to open the driver's door and extricate the woman. Baltimore County Fire Department Medic 2, Medic 18 and EMS5 were on scene for patient care. The crash is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Department.
