Shortly after 10 a.m. Sunday, February 3, Baltimore County, MD westside fire units were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle crash with entrapment at the end of Interstate 795 where MD 30 and MD 140 intersect in Reisterstown, MD. Units from Reisterstown Volunteer Fire Company arrived and reported a two-vehicle t-bone MVC with one person trapped. Firefighters from RVFC (Engine 412, Squad 414, Special Unit 418), Glyndon VFC (Truck 404) extricated one patient and transferred care to Medic 56 and EMS 5. Command requested a Maryland State Police medevac helicopter, which landed at nearby Reisterstown Regional Park, to transport one female patient to Baltimore's Shock Trauma Center. A second patient was transported via BCoFD Medic 19 to Sinai Hospital Trauma Center. The accident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Department Crash Team.
