Baltimore County Fire & Police units were dispatched to the Liberty Animal Clinic on Liberty Road in Randallstown, MD in the early morning hours of Sept. 6, 2006 for a motor vehicle accident. Arriving units reported a passenger car had struck the building, with the driver trapped. Crews extricated the patient, who was transported via ambulance to an area hospital.
