Shortly after 7 a.m. on Friday April 6, 2007, Baltimore County, MD westside firefighters were called to a reported dwelling fire at 3202 Essex Road in the Woodlawn area. First arriving Engine 3 reported smoke showing from a dwelling and then upgraded to fire showing. Crews battled a fire in an enclosed porch in the rear of the house. On scene were BCoFD Engine 3, Woodlawn Volunteers Engine 331, BCoFD Engine 13, BCoFD Engine 2, BCoFD Engine 18, and Pikesville Volunteers Engine 321; BCoFD Truck 13, BCoFD Medic 3, BCoFD EMS 8, District Chief 2, Air Unit 426, and Fire Investigation.
