Perry Hall, MD - February 12, 2009 - Shortly after 8 p.m., Baltimore County, MD Fire Dispatch alerted eastside units to a crash with reported entrapment at the intersection of Belair Road and Chapel Road in Perry Hall. BCoFD Engine 55 arrived reporting a two-vehicle MVA with an SUV on its side and two people still in the vehicle. Firefighters were able to quickly assist the two occupants from the vehicle without using any extrication tools and the units quickly cleared,
