At 2:30 a.m. Sunday, January 15th, Baltimore County, MD westside units were alerted for a house fire reported in the 3400 block of Keston Road (Fire Box 3-3). The caller to 911 reported a kitchen fire and then called back reporting the fire was spreading and the ceiling was collapsing. While enroute, units could see a glow in the sky, and BCoFD Engine 3 (Woodlawn career) arrived reporting heavy fire showing from a one-story house and requested a Working Fire Dispatch. Firefighters made an aggressive attack with several handlines and knocked down the fire but the house sustained significant damage.
