Pikesville, MD - May 12, 2009 - Three students and five adults were injured in a crash involving a school bus full of students and seven other vehicles at Park Heights Avenue and Brooks Robinson Drive during the morning rush hour in Pikesville. The bus, with 29 students aboard, was en route to Pikesville Middle School when it struck a vehicle in front of it, resulting in a chain reaction crash at the intersection. One adult suffered serious injuries and was transported to an area trauma center; the other adults and all the injured children suffered minor injuries and were transported to area hospitals. The accident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Department.
