Baltimore County (MD) career and volunteer firefighters participated in a training burn on Dec. 3, 2006 at the site of Finns Landing, a new residential development in Randallstown. A house dating back to the 1800s, on Winands Road near McDonough Road, was burned for the training exercise. A group of 6 Baltimore County EMS providers needed the live burn training as the final requirement of their fire supression certification. Participating were career Station 18, and volunteers from Owings Mills, Arbutus, Violetville, Boring and Box 234 Association (Rehab 156).
